In-Store Return Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has original tags attached within 7 days of purchase.
Items returned after 7 days and up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.
Please note: Swimwear, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Return Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery date.
Please note: Swimwear, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some items will include a removable security tag. If this tag has been removed, the item is not eligible for return.
How to Start an Online Return

Email hello@shopclairvaux.com with your order number and a return request. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip included with your order.

We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS location.
Tip: Keep your tracking number if you’d like to follow your return’s progress.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee.
Please allow 3–5 business days after the refund is processed for your bank to post the credit to your account. If the refund is issued but not reflected in your account, please contact your bank directly.
Exchanges
All exchanges are treated as new orders.
If you need a different size or item:

Follow the return steps above for your original purchase.
Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method.
