With all the events taking place over the Summer 2026 season, here at Clairvaux, we wanted to make an easy guide to our favorite places around our favorite city. This list features our hotels, shopping, food/drink and activities to do around the Kansas City!
The Cherry Warehouse hotel is one of many boutique hotels around the city. We love the Cherry for it's industrial yet chic feel. For this, we have used their space for a photoshoot!
Other than our two beautiful stores, we mention some great local favorites as well as other small businesses. Sierra Winter is a woman owned jewelry store that specializes in unique pieces.
Kansas City is known for it's barbecue, and that is why we had to put Joe's KC on our list. They have been a Kansas City staple and have multiple locations. One is across the street from our Hawthorne location!
And lastly, it isn't a Kansas city experience without visiting one of many farmer's markets around the area. One we love if the Overland Park Farmer's Market. They have so many local vendors that have now opened a brick and mortar location.
