SHIPPING

Shipping fees will be applied at checkout. In-store pickup is always free. Purchases over $250 qualify for free shipping. For purchases under $250, a flat $15 shipping charge will be applied at checkout. Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground.

For expedited shipping, extra charges will be applied. Please call our Customer Care at 913-499-7462

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP

You can also select "Curbside Pickup" at checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. At that time you can head to the store. Please park on the east side of the building next to "Rainy Day Book" and call 913.499.6660 and let the team member know what car you are in. Curbside Pickup is available Monday-Saturday 10-5pm and Sunday 12-5pm.

We stand behind the quality of all of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love the pieces that purchase from us! Our Return Policy varies depending on whether your purchase your item in store or online.

 

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

Return Policy
We happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, altered merchandise with tags within 7 days of purchase Date. Items returned after 7 days can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All Swimwear, Lingerie and Final Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of purchase.  If your order included a full-price item, a complimentary UPS return label will be included in your box. All Swimwear, Lingerie, and Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Each item comes with a removable security tag. If removable tag is removed the item, it will be void of return eligibility.

To Start a Return simply email [email protected] with your order number and request a return. We will email you a return label and will start the return process. Simply seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any UPS location.

Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 

All Sale Merchandise, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Swimsuits and Lingerie are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
