SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Shipping fees will be applied at checkout unless in-store pickup is chosen. Purchases over $250 qualify for free shipping. For purchases under $250, a flat $18 shipping charge will be applied. Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. Alternatively, customers can choose expedited shipping for $36. For an order to ship out the same day, the order must be placed prior to 2:00 p.m. CST on a business day.

We currently only offer US domestic shipping and we do not ship internationally. For Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Curbside Pickup

Once you have entered your address for checkout, you will need to choose “ship to this address”. However, once you click the “next step” button, you will be given the option for curbside pickup from either of our two locations in the Kansas City metropolitan area. 

When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup. At that time, you can head to the store. Please park out front in a parking spot and call 913.499.6660 to let one of our team members know what car you are in. Curbside pickup is available Monday - Friday 10 - 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12 - 5 pm.

 

RETURNS

HOLIDAY In Store 
Return Policy

We happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, altered merchandise with tags within 7 days of purchase Date. Items returned after 7 days can be returned or exchanged for store credit by January 15, 2023. All Swimwear, Lingerie and Final Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

 

 

ONLINE 
Return Policy

We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of purchase.  If your order included a full-price item, a complimentary UPS return label will be included in your box. All Swimwear, Lingerie, and Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Each item comes with a removable security tag. If removable tag is removed the item, it will be void of return eligibility.
To Start a Return simply email [email protected] with your order number and request a return. We will email you a return label and will start the return process. Simply seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any UPS location.



Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 
All Sale Merchandise, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Swimsuits and Lingerie are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Online 
Return Instructions

To start a return, simply email [email protected] with your order number and request a return. Your order number is located on both the order confirmation e-mail and the shipping invoice inside your package. 

We will email you a return label and will start the return process. Simply seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any UPS location.

*If you would like to track your return, please keep a copy of the tracking number from the provided label.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that it may be an additional 3-5 business days after we issue a refund for your bank to credit your account (depending on their refund policy and processing time). If you notice that we have issued a refund but you do not see the credit in your account, please reach out to your bank directly.

 

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange the item that you ordered for another size provided it is in stock. In order to do so, we must have your original item back first. If you would like to get a different size immediately, you must place a second order for the size you want. Then, once we receive the original item back at our warehouse, we will refund your first order. *Additional shipping charges may apply.
